GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS DiKa LOYALTY PROGRAM
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the relationship between “E.MIROGLIO” JSC and users in relation to:
• participation in the loyalty program for products under the DiKa™ brand (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”)
• issuance of a customer card for participation in the Program
• exercise of the rights of the customer card holder
• related matters concerning the Program
By giving their consent and registering to participate in the Program, the User confirms that they have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and agrees to them.
After registration for participation in the Program, the User shall hereinafter be referred to as a Participant.
1. SCOPE
1.1. The Program applies to purchases of goods under the DiKa™ brand and goods sold in the physical stores of “E.MIROGLIO” JSC under the name DiKa on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as goods sold in the online store available at www.dika.bg (hereinafter the “Online Store”), including the use of discounts on subsequent purchases in the manner, within the timeframes, and under the other terms specified below.
1.2. The Program does not apply and is not applicable to goods produced or traded by “E.MIROGLIO” JSC outside the locations under item 1.1.
To avoid any doubt, the Program does not apply to goods under the brands EMIROGLIO, MIRGLIO, EM, FEM, as well as any other trademarks owned by “E.MIROGLIO” JSC or companies within its group, unless they are offered for sale in the locations under item 1.1.
2. PARTICIPANT IN THE PROGRAM. CUSTOMER CARD
2.1. A Participant in the Program may be any adult and legally capable natural person who has a permanent address in the Republic of Bulgaria.
2.2. Participation in the Program is voluntary.
2.3. Termination of participation in the Program may be carried out at any time by the Participant in the manner provided in item 4.2.
2.4. Participation in the Program is certified by a customer card with content, design, and functionalities determined by “E.MIROGLIO” JSC.
2.5. Registration in the Program
The User may register for participation in the Program:
When registering a user profile in the Online Store by ticking the box “I want to be part of the Loyalty Program.” The User receives an email with a link to the digital registration form, which must be duly completed and submitted by pressing the “Submit” button.
By completing and submitting a digital registration form here. For this purpose, the User must duly fill in the form and submit it by pressing the “Submit” button.
When completing an order by ticking the box “Register to join the Loyalty Program.” After ticking the relevant consent box for registration, the User receives an email to the address used for the User profile with a link to the digital registration form for participation in the Program. The form must be duly completed and submitted by pressing the “Submit” button. Registration is not possible for purchases as a “guest” in the Online Store.
At the checkout of any physical DiKa store, you can complete the digital registration form on a tablet provided by the staff.
2.6. After completing and submitting the digital registration form, the customer receives an email requesting confirmation of the email address. If the customer does not confirm the email address within 48 hours, a second reminder email is sent. Failure to confirm the email address is considered a refusal to participate in the Program.
2.7. Upon registration of an order in the Online Store, accumulated points from the first purchase are reflected in the User’s profile.
2.8. When registering online for participation in the Program, the User receives the customer card at a specified physical DiKa store or via courier together with the order. The User bears delivery costs if they have not purchased DiKa goods that qualify for free delivery under the Online Store delivery terms. Accumulated points in the Program can be used for purchases in the Online Store even without possessing a customer card.
2.9. The customer card is issued in the name of the Participant and for personal use only. It can only be used at points of sale of DiKa™ branded goods of “E.MIROGLIO” JSC.
2.10. Only one customer card is issued per Participant. In case of loss, destruction, damage, or any other impairment making the card unusable:
• the card is withdrawn from use;
• a new card with a new customer number is issued.
If this occurs within 1 (one) year of the last issuance, the Participant owes a fee of 3 (three) euros. Accumulated points are transferred to the new card. If more than 1 year has passed since the first registration:
• no fee is charged;
• points are not transferred.
2.11. The customer card is not a security, does not constitute a certificate, and rights under the card cannot be transferred. Identification may be carried out via an identity document, which is checked without collecting or storing data.
2.12. The customer card is not a payment document and does not allow cash payout of amounts/points.
2.13. The card remains the property of “E.MIROGLIO” JSC.
2.14. Transfer or assignment is not permitted.
2.15. In case of incorrect data, the card may be cancelled.
2.16. The first issuance is free of charge.
2.17. Minimal personal data is required for registration.
2.18. The card can be used in all DiKa stores and in the Online Store.
3. CUSTOMER POINTS. DISCOUNTS
3.1. For each purchase of goods in the stores of “E.MIROGLIO” JSC under the name DiKa in Bulgaria and in the Online Store, the Participant receives customer points as specified below in item 3.5.
3.2. The validity period of the discount in the form of points is 1 year from the date of the purchase for which the points were accumulated. The Participant may use the accumulated discount in full or partially. Unused balance remains available within the validity period. After 1 year, unused points are automatically deleted.
Example:
On 01.02.2025, the Participant makes a purchase. The discount may be used until 23:59 on 01.02.2026. From 00:00 on 02.02.2026, it can no longer be used.
3.3. In case of return of goods under the right of withdrawal, any discount used is not refunded in points.
3.4. The one year cannot be extended.
3.5. For each purchase, the Participant receives discount points. One point = EUR 0.5. Points are calculated as 5% of the purchase value divided by 0.5.
Example:
A purchase of 100 euros results in a 5-euro discount (10 points).
3.6. Points can be accumulated and used together.
3.7. A purchase cannot be fully paid with points.
3.8. The User also receives a one-time 10% birthday discount, valid one week before and on the birthday.
3.9. For gift vouchers: points are earned by the buyer; when used, points apply only to the difference above the voucher value.
3.10. No additional points are earned when paying with accumulated points.
4. TERMINATION OF PARTICIPATION. PROGRAM TERMINATION. NOTIFICATION
4.1. “E.MIROGLIO” JSC may terminate participation in the Program if:
• the Participant is not of legal age or capacity;
• false data is provided;
• the card is used by a third party;
• other legal grounds apply.
4.2. The Participant may terminate participation by:
• sending a withdrawal form to online.bulgaria@dika.com, or
• sending a free-text request to the same email.
4.3. “E.MIROGLIO” JSC may amend the Terms and Conditions.
4.4. Changes apply prospectively.
4.5. Changes are published at https://www.dika.bg
4.6. Participants are notified via email, SMS, or other channels.
4.7. Third parties may be used for notifications.
4.8. Messages are considered electronic statements.
4.9. Data may be shared with third parties for notification purposes.
4.10. No responsibility is taken for undelivered messages beyond control.
5. PERSONAL DATA
5.1. Participants agree that “E.MIROGLIO” JSC and its employees may access provided data. The company acts as a personal data controller in accordance with Bulgarian law and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
5.2. Required data:
• full name
• email
• phone
• year of birth
Optional data: size, birth date, address, etc.
If birth date is not provided, the birthday discount does not apply.
5.3. Data is processed based on consent for:
• Program management
• communication
• marketing
• analytics
• offers and campaigns

6. OTHER TERMS
